Chris Radford peerless in final RWS competition

A strong field of 95 golfers turned out for the ultimate RWS competition,  competing to gain the additional points available and qualify for the final 30 play off in October at Melton. With the sun shining and very little breeze and a course in very good condition, the scene was set for some low scoring. The overall winner on the day was Chris Radford with a net 64 also producing the lowest gross of the day with an excellent 72.

Winner 0 – 12 Handicap: Paul Hackett net 67. Runner up Geoff Townsend net 68.
Winner 13 – 20: James Denny net 67.
Runner up Eddie Cham net 68.
Winner 21 – 28:  Nigel Shaw net 69.(ocb). Runner up Toby Earl net 69.
Twos Sweep:
Matt Catton,  Dale Radford,  Chris Radford,  Mick Wilson,  Alan Sleath and Ken Longbottom.
