On Sunday 14 th August, due to the extremely hot weather conditions, the Lady Captain’s Day was
changed to a 9 hole competition only. However, with an early start and Pimms being served at the
Halfway House, a great time was had by all. After a super buffet, prizes were presented to the 1st
place winners: ‘Drina Terzza, Chris Cook and Sally Hudson (42 pts) and runners up : Kathie Finn,
Margaret Smale and Maureen McCall (39 pts). The Longest Drive was won by Dee Hughes.
