The Seniors started their season on Tuesday 26th March with a match against Humberstone Heights. The teams were led out by Seniors Captain Dick Chapman and playing partner Dave Bentley. The sun was shinning with the cold wind keeping temperature down, but everyone was in good spirits and up for the challenge. The course was dry and the ball was now starting to run further. The greens are now recovering from course maintenance which allowed the ball to bounce well.
The outcome of the match was a resounding 8 to 0 win for the home team with the following results:
