There were several competitions that were held across the winter months for those intrepid ladies who were keen to continue to play through rain and shine – probably more rain than shine to be fair. Many congratulations must go to Jean Moulds who won the silver division winter Eclectic and Avis Webb who won the same competition in the bronze division. Many congratulations must also go to Dee Adams who was bronze division runner up in her first season at the club and she only dipped out by 0.25 – a very close call.
Karen Middleton comfortably won the Val Eastman Winter League and the Winter Challenge – all those Friday morning rounds must have paid off. Well done!
