Following some heavy which made the course play very long and created very receptive greens, there was still a good turn out of 64 golfers for the Greensomes Pairs. This competition is where both players tee off and pick the best drive, then they play alternate shot up until they putt out.
The winning pairs were as follows:
1st On count back Danny Raven and Dave Taylor with 66.6.
2nd Steve Haines and Ady Stokes also with 66.6.
3rd Phil Millward and John Squires with 67.6.
